Friendly staff, good breakfast, amazing views, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Away from the hustle of the main centre but still close. Nearby The Mist cafe served great coffee.

The hotel is well located, close to the downtown area. The sauna didn’t work and jacuzzi needed to be cleaned up. The shower in the room didn’t have a door which was very uncomfortable every time we took a shower. The breakfast was very simple, there is a lot of room to improve it.

The rooms were immaculate, bright, and very comfortable. They offered a breakfast which was a great way to start the day. I think the location helps sell this spot. We never needed a grab or other means of transportation. Close to everything you need. A special mention to the staff - so helpful and accommodating. Always smiling. THANK YOU!

A nice hotel with good view, if it’s not cloudy as it was for us! Staff are excellent in reception and are willing to do anything to help. The rooms are clean and modern with great beds and bathroom. The breakfast was very good and there are a few restaurants and bars in the area and it’s just a short walk into Sapa town. We liked this hotel and would definitely recommend.
