Lovely, grand and opulent hotel in the heart of Sapa. Beautiful decor and excellent, friendly staff (especially Khuong who gave us a tour of the hotel and recognised us every time we saw him). Recommend staying here for 1-2 nights if in Sapa! Although hotels a little bit outside of the centre do offer better views from your room of the nearby hills and Sapa scenery. Breakfast / dining room is impressive, and the breakfast itself has huge variety and excellent quality - the best we’ve had in Vietnam.

This is an amazing hotel conveniently located and with beautiful views of the mountains and the city. We stayed for only 2 nights and I wish we could’ve had more time to stay longer and enjoy everything this hotel has to offer. Our stay was made even more enjoyable thanks to the ladies Ivy and My of the front desk, who were very attentive, friendly and helpful.
