"So glad I booked the balcony room at Panorama hotel. The views are simply stunning. I had requested a high floor, if possible, and we were given 8th floor & the view of surrounding mountains & township was spectacular. The room was very comfortable with usual hotel amenities... kettle, tea, coffee, bottles of water, soaps, shampoo, comb, toothbrush & toothpaste. Could have done with some washers & hand towels though. We only had towels & bath mat. Breakfast was good, with nice clean surrounds....

"We had a wonderful stay at My Boutique Hotel. At beginning, we were warly welcome by the staff there. The welcome homemade tea was awesome, I love it! We even can request for this tea any time we want. So incredible! The room is warm, nice decoration especially the bed is so comfortable. We slept very well. Breakfast have its 2 parts: buffet for some hot foods, cakes, fruits, drinks... and you can order omlette and pancake... so yummy! The staff was very nice and kind to us and others guests. I...

"Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was the standout. Rooms were good, breakfast good and lots of variety, location handy to small shops and restaurants, nice view down on to the lake. Only downside was the weather, quite a bit of fog, and some rain on last morning. Made it difficult to see mountains. The concierge Chau was the highlight, great English, great suggestions for food and tours. Would recommend to anyone just to meet her and enjoy her company."

The host is very sweet and extremely helpful when it comes to booking tours or just looking for recommendations in general. There’s even a cat roaming the home stay so if you’re lucky you might run into him!"
