"The hotel was absolutely beautiful, and the staff was friendly and truly went above and beyond. Lauren, one of the bartenders at the outdoor pool, was amazing—she recommended a few items from the menu, and everything I tried was delicious. The waitstaff who helped me with towels and setting up my umbrella throughout the weekend were above and beyond and made everything so easy and enjoyable. The lovely lady at the café was also incredibly friendly and welcoming.

"Staff is super welcoming and friendly! The best service I’ve ever experienced in Miami, they let both of my dogs stay for free, gave us a round of shots for free at the restaurant in front of the hotel, after a night out i accidentally slept a little longer after check out time and they were super nice about it and understood. Honestly the best hotel with the best staff! I’ve stayed at the setai and other hotels in other areas like brickell and nothing like the vibes in this hotel!! Thanks guys "
