"This place exceed expectations, the church and naturist vibe were amazing. Who needs a TV or AC anyhow. Amazing views of the ocean, nice outside area with tables for enjoying a bottle of wine and watching the sunset. Went in July and even without AC temperatures overnight was in the low 60F. Close to two trails to Monterosso and Vernazza. For the true hiker who wants to be away from the tourist this place is the perfect fit"

"on positive side - parking, owners attitude and room. All nice! On negative - might be irrelevant for others, but the church bells going off every 30 mins... Truth to be told - Bonassola is what we decided to all one of "Our places" to come back and enjoy. But those church bells... who on earth needs exact time during night? 1 in 1000 people?"

"I selected a room in La Perla Blu to be close to train station, away from traffic and near free parking. We got there and they’d switched us to an apartment on the main square. It was spacious and clean but VERY LOUD ALL NIGHT, every night. Party and carnival noise until 3:30, Town clock every 15 minutes, leaf blowers and pressure washers starting 5:45 am. Three nights, no sleep. And only two half rolls of toilet paper for three nights. "

"Rommet vi fikk fungerte ikke som lovet og til tross for at vi hadde leid tre netter flyttet vi etter en natt og bestilte nytt hotell i samråd med hotelleier og hotels.com. Men det endte med at hotellet ikke betalte tilbake de to nettene og hotels.com svarte ikke på skriftlig klage til ledelsen. Vi endte opp med å betale for to hoteller de siste to nettene. Skikkelig elendig opplevelse. Så uproft."

"Plan Sea was a great find for us. We loved everything about the room and location. It’s location minutes from Santa Margherita Ligure made it easy to enjoy the areas offering. It’s a short walk to a water taxi which we took to San Furtusso and Portofino. It’s also a great walk to Portofino with many beaches and great sights along the way. Our hosts were so accommodating with a great breakfast every morning and advice on how to plan our days. "
