This is a beautiful restored historic hotel. My room was small twin bed single room, perfect for one traveler. I had beautiful outdoor space on a terrace outside my room. Breakfast was included, had everything I needed. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The location was convenient to the train station, the ferries, the buses, shopping and restaurants. And very close to the beach!

A beautiful grand looking hotel with a lovely quiet spa and really helpful reception and spa staff. Rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated. Breakfasts were plentiful and well laid out, no queueing for a table. 2 minutes walk from the centre with shops and restaurants, it could not be more convenient. A wonderful stay to experience Liguria and worth every penny.

Great and relaxing place to stay

The staff was very friendly. Awesome Location. Large rooms with new bathrooms. Very clean The spa for an American isn’t quite as luxurious as what we may know but it was a wonderful Addition to the trip. Close to beach. Easy access to Portofino by bus 782

The Hotel is located in the town centre which is really fantastic. However, the children younger than 12 years old, can’t use their swimming pool and spa which makes your stay complicated if you come with family. Breakfast options are pretty poor, even espresso is not properly done. The personnel is ok, they speak all major languages so this part is really great. My recommendation for the management is to spend slightly more money on maintenance and improvement of the hotel - it will pays off very well. It wouldn’t require huge increases in spending, but would make things much better for the guests. Thanks very much.

My friend and I stayed here only for one night, but we had such a wonderful time! The staff here is so friendly and pleasant, and they're also super helpful. The room was cozy, but comfortable, and we were able to order breakfast right to the room in the morning for a small charge. (However, they have a lovely breakfast buffet downstairs!) The town is sooo beautiful and walkable, and there's plenty of dining options, cafes, gelaterias, and beaches nearby. I would totally return here again!

Beautiful historic hotel with charming public rooms, cocktail lounge, and breakfast room. Really enjoyed my morning coffee on the beautiful terrace. Service is very attentive and front desk very helpful. Impressed with how seamlessly the staff would swtich between multiple languages for guests. English, French, Italian and German. Great location, walking distsnce to the rail ststion, restaurants and shopping but far enough away to be peacful and quiet at night. Overall, a lovely place to stay.

A beautiful hotel! We were very pleasantly greeted by the staff and all staff during our stay was exceptional and professional. We were upgraded to a very large room with a bed in a loft. The room spacious and beautiful. I would mention the metal spiral staircase leading to the bed a bit challenging and the bed area a bit warm. The bed, linens and towels all very good.the location was perfect. I will definitely return to this property!

Amazing spa, great location and service

Amazing spa access, superb location in the town center, 6 mins walk to train station + 3 mins walk to restaurants row and it's the nearest town next to Portofino. Stayed there for 4 days, 3 nights....the most amazing thing is the Spa access, that even though apart from the fact steam room was out of order. Don't forget to check out all the buttons in the warm 31 degrees swimming pool. Love the super hot and cold bath plus the sauna...as a family, we've really enjoyed the Spa right at the end of the day. Staff was really friendly and helpful in general, makes us feel like home away from home. Breakfast was great especially it's in a glass room, however it's even better if they would consider changing their daily varieties for guests who stay there for a couple of days especially. We really appreciate the special upgrade and spa arrangement for our boy. Bravo to everyone!
