Property was well lit and parking was under cover, but laundry was at one end of the block and garbage at the other. "Not the best, not the worst. My sister and I stayed here with our three kids on spring break. We arrived at night and were a bit troubled by the amount of homeless individuals near the are. It’s off the beaten path and close to the city jail, so it was a little worrisome arriving at night. While the property smelled like new construction, it was a bit rough around the edges. Lots of scuffs and dings and dingy corners. "

"Cute concept. Full kitchen, living room and bedroom. Plenty of towels. Washer & dryer. Needs extra blankets for the bed. Bed was hard. Needs a 3” foam topper. Poor couch needs replacing. Cushions sunk down into couch. Two railroad tracks directly behind our room. Train only ran 2-3 times a day. Felt safe. "
