"The accommodations were very nice! Rooms were very spacious. The check in process was awful and very stressfull! No one would answer the 24/7 phone line. They did not respond to email right away. The link they sent us kept saying error code. Needed codes to get in but had no way of getting codes because of not being able to reach anyone. (Only virtual check in, no front desk) after about 3-4 hours of panic finally got ahold of someone and they sent a differnt link. Almost just booked a...

"We were I. Nashville for college orientation. V21 is very close to the university (within walking distance). For the most part it was great. The only downside was that the sofa bed was very uncomfortable for my daughter. On an upside… we did reserve again for move in weekend."

"For a he most part the studio apt was nice. Housekeeping left dirty napkins sitting on the counter. The shower handle needs tightened and a drawer in the bathroom was off the track or something. Location wise it is very convenient for the Gulch area. Loved that. You can however hear the train all hours and the upstairs neighbor. The couch and one of the chairs needs a cleaning. It is very spacious! "
