"The staff at the front were very pleasant, helpful, and made me feel like they wanted customers there. My room was showing a little wear. But when I contacted Mint House about my main concern, they had a maintenance person at my door in about 20 minutes to fix it. That was impressive."

"The apartment was fantastic. We booked a 2 bedroom one and there was an en suite bathroom for each bedroom and a dining table plus breakfast bar and seating in each for 4! Dishwasher and loads of plates and glasses etc. any problems or queries were dealt with very quickly on the app. Check in was easy via the app too. Lots of cafes in the street below. Walmart about 15 min drive away. Balcony was nice to sit in the morning and waltch the world go by. We were there for a Nashville family break...

"The property was awesome. The rooms are much larger than I anticipated, with distinct sleeping and living/kitchen areas, so it feels much more like home than you get in a other hotels. The communication from the team was fantastic, even though there's not a person at the front desk. I did run into members of the staff during my stay and all of them were incredibly friendly. "Everything was wonderful. The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable as far as sitting on the couch. The bed was awesome. Just overall comfortable and loved the decor. Elevators were awesome and efficient. Great location to be picked up by uber. 10/10"
