"悪かった点 冷蔵庫の効きがとても悪く冷えず、氷は有料だった。 ラウンジの使用が子供は出来ず使えなかったのは残念 またラウンジの詳しい説明もなかった。 ルームクリーニングはタオルとグラスの交換のみ、ベッドメイキングは整えるのみでした。 日本語の対応がほぼ出来ない。 立地も良く、部屋やインテリアも良く、ホテル内は色々な施設などあり楽しみたかったが、子供の制限やホテル内の説明不足でサービス不足で少し残念でした。"

"Fantastic location just next to the Shinaegae Department Store and directly connected to the subway station. We have booked a “Large Suite” and it was indeed large with awesome decor and Korean touches, super comfy bedding and modern luxurious bathroom including a large bathtub and additional rain shower with superb water pressure.
