Gem of a hotel in the heart of Seoul, next to the famous CoEx mall. The restaurants in the hotel are great, including a Michelin starred Japanese restaurant that is booked well in advance. The staff are attentive to detail and the Junior Suite we stayed in was luxurious and quiet. Evening jazz at the Lounge bar was a nice bonus as were the amateur piano recitals in the adjacent Artium. Close to the 10-floor Hyundai department store that is chock full of luxury brands.

This is an excellent business hotel. The staff were exceptional. The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast had options galore. Unfortunately the room toilet was very very noisy and we could occasionally hear the room above us. And, they charged us for a toothbrush from the kit in the room. We didn’t use it so they refunded the amount.

Room was spotless, lighting arragement is excellent with one off switch able to turn off all lights for sleeping. Staff was courteous and responsive.

Great upscale luxurious stay in the best area of Seoul. Guest service is top notch, the rooms are comfy and specious and the shopping mall that’s connected to the hotel has plenty of food, coffee shops and transportation to any part of the city. Highly recommended!
