Overall our experience was good however some members of staff were not very friendly whilst other were very friendly. our room has some bottle tops left on the floor from the previous guest which always feels strange but in the main it was clean. Reception staff and breakfast staff were all lovely on every interaction."

"Nice hotel, plenty of shops and the jet centre is in walking distance. But the staff member wasn't very nice when we arrived early to see if we could check in with our family, no problem, plenty of shops and jet centre near by. So they phoned me at 3.15 to say it was ready. Very laid back at breakfast time, i was needing soya milk and had to go looking for someone as no one was about.
