"We stayed 4 nights. the personal is always excellent, well educated the best.. However the housekeeping was lacking and room lacked basic toaltteries making it less than a 5 star (5 star is about details) We had to call and ask a toothpaste etc. My slippers was taken away and I had to call to get slippers. Also middle of our stay a laundry bags and order plates were removed as well making it impossible to place a breakfast card on the door handle. Not even tipping a housekeeping 20-30 a day...

"Lift is too slow. It takes more than 5 minutes to lift come. Then long line due to slow performance."

"I did not have towels in my room when I checked in the first day. That was unexpected. The conditioner bottle attached to the bathroom wall fell off the second day. They left a bath towel the second day but there was only one left. It is an old hotel and the carpet does not seem clean at all. If you can get another hotel, go with that."

"Room was clean but property overall was not. Carpets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in forever. Internet went down and no one could get in their rooms. I had paid for early check in and it was a process. We missed an appt in London because we couldn’t leave luggage. We were traveling with our adult kids and the frosted glass in the bathrooms is not very good for privacy. I would not stay here again. "

"Excelente ubicación muy cerca de el Big Ben, checkin rápido, desayuno diario, y tienen un sistema digital para luz y aire acondicionado en las camas lo cual se agradece cuando te estás quedando dormido o tienes frío por la noche para no pararte. El personal fue increíble, solo consideren que el cuarto no es grande, hicimos 5 noches y puedo decir que estuvo okey pero si nos estás acostumbrado a espacios pequeños sí sería complicado. "
