It was very clean but a little worn around the edges and closer to the road than I would have thought but overall I'd definitely come back. Hot tub was great after hiking all day. Area is exceptionally beautiful. We liked the small town of Llandovery if you're looking for a cute place to eat. Staff was lovely. Bar and restaurant on site."

"I was greeted by Isabel, who was very friendly, knowledgeable of the hotel and area, could not do enough to help. The hotel is in a great area of Shrewsbury, plenty of shops, restaurants close by. The room was clean, with the necessary amenities. The walls are not soundproof as I could hear people in the next room, not loudly though.
