This hotel was in a great location and had lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The rooms are a little run down and was pricey but we paid for the view on the bridge side and it was worth it. The tub station is also only a 5 minute walk as well.

Great location just out of the west end 15mins on the tube which is only 5 mins away at Tower Hill. Hotel was ideal, buffet breakfast very good, huge range to choose from, ate at different times and food was hot and fresh. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Second time I've stayed and would stay again.

This was my second stay at the hotel. The location is fantastic and the staff at the front desk and concierge are excellent. The housekeeping could have been better. Also, it was incredibly inconvenient that the washrooms on the main floor were not in service.
