From the moment we arrived at The Ritz London, we were amazed by its beauty and timeless charm. The grand entrance, chandeliers, and classic décor made us feel like we had stepped into another world, filled with elegance and tradition.
Our room was stunning and incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully considered. It wasn’t just luxurious, it felt personal and welcoming, like a true home away from home.
What truly made our stay unforgettable was the service. Everyone we encountered was polite and attentive, but one person stood out: Koshish. He went above and beyond in every possible way. Whether it was anticipating what we might need, checking in with a warm smile, or making sure everything was just right, his service was flawless. What impressed us most was how natural and effortless he made it all seem. He struck the perfect balance between attentiveness and discretion, making us feel like the most important guests in the hotel.
