"So, they charged me twice before I even got on the plane. It was a $6000 charge. I immediately notified them and they stated that they were sorry for the inconvenience. Hmmm. "The room was terrible and overlooked an inner brick courtyard. We ordered a bowl and spoon be sent up from the front desk so our son could eat some cereal and no one ever showed up. "My favorite hotel in London. since 1963 The Staff are always accommodating and this year, they even celebrated my birthday. Breakfast is not only traditionally English but magnifically displayed. No request to big, they happily serve. M&S and Victoria Station right out their back door. The Mews and Palace just an easy walk with shops and restaurants to temp any purse or palate."
