"The room we stayed in had a beautiful view of the Tower bridge. However due to the heat and lack of air conditioning it got very warm if the blinds were kept open after 10 or 11 until the sun went down very late. The room was stuffy when we arrived and we had to request a fan. It’s a shame that the heat caused us to lose our view for a great deal of time, as you pay extra for that. "Wouldn’t have previously considered staying at a concept like this, but booked as hotel prices were very expensive for my travel dates. I was pleasantly surprised. You do have to use the QR code on your phone to move about the building too often in my opinion but that said, it’s very secure. The location is unbeatable for the price and I would absolutely stay again."

"This is a bare-bones pod hotel, just as advertised. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, but lacking in general amenities, such as a nightstand, a television or even a hairdryer. Our room did not have a window, but the bathroom was a good size and, overall, it met our needs. "This hotel has a great location - it is whitin walking distance of Paddington train station. It is a very old hotel. No air conditioning - no fans provided. The breakfast is not recommended, we had to eat elsewhere. The rooms were dusty. We were assigned a room in the basement with a bathroom that stayed wet and musty. The staff however was very friendly and super courteous and welcoming. This place needs a total renovation."

"I always stay here on weekend trips up to London. Great safe location, close to tube and road networks. Hotel is perfectly adequate, not necessarily high end but is comfortable and reasonably priced with everything you need there or very near by. Can’t really fault it at all and would always recommend."
