"This is a dated and tired property. The floors creaky and bed just divan bed. Bathroom is like a cubicle. The guest on the floor above woke me up due to so much movement I could hear their footsteps and flushing of the toilet."

"Beautiful room. We got a corner suite and it was clean, the staff were helpful and proactive. Whenever we had a question, someone was there to offer help or provide an answer. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. It’s located in a great area, walkable to so many of the landmarks we wanted to see and experience. Anything further away, you’re also close to public transit. We will definitely stay there again."

"This hotel was reasonably priced so my expectations were not high. This hotel has over 1000 rooms and is the hotel where a bus load or 2 drop off 100 people at one go. There is nothing wrong with that but it was full of children on school trips. It can get very noisy. I booked a 2 nights stay. The room given to us was a family room 1 double and 1 single. The room was tatty. The bathroom door would not shut as the door was too big! The beds were comfortable and the pillows were nice. The bed...

"The hotel was very nice but the rooms were extremely hot! Little to no AC"

"The elevator was not working most of the time I was there. I had to lug my very heavy bag down 4 flights on my departure. I was lucky that one elevator was working when I arrived, but 30 minutes later after checking in and heading out both of the elevators were out of service and they remained out of service until my departure."

It was a great location in an old building (actually reminded us of a tenement from NYC) The shared bathroom/showers were actually quite convenient as we could all use separate facilities at the same time. The room on the first floor was a bit warm and a bit loud until midnight but would not say it affected our stay. Would recommend."
