"Good choice for a stay near Heathrow airport. We especially appreciated the air conditioning, as temperatures were high, and the sound-proofing, which allowed us to get a good nights rest before flying out. The room was smallish and the bathroom very small, but still perfectly adequate. Food in the restaurant was good, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. You should be aware that on-site parking is available, but the lot is owned/managed by a third party and you do have to pay."

Only one complaint I have - I missed the breakfast cutoff time, and though I had already paid for it, it wasn’t included in the stay, I paid extra for it, they refused to give me a refund or a voucher to buy breakfast from their food court. It was also uncomfortably warm, not benefiting from any air conditioning although a desk fan was provided.
