"What an amazing find! The perfect place for us as a family to unwind after a busy day of sight seeing. The perfect base surrounded by nature and animals, all of us loved it. "Unfortunately i can't give a n honest opinion of the Hampton Suites, as there was a problem with my booking. I'm not sure if it was Expedia's fault, or that of the property's, but when i arrived to collect the keys from the nearby Crowne Plaza as instructed, i was told that the property was undergoing maintenance and i should not have been allowed to book it in the first place(i had booked it two months prior). This was particularly frustrating as i have sent an email only days before my arrival...

"Not walkable to the castle- unless you fast walk for 40mins! Not a short stroll as advertised - it’s in the middle of an estate (not so nice ) Make you pay £££ deposit or no check in details Make you sign this ridiculous document also to say if they had to take deposit off you because of damage- you can’t leave them a negative review! Got signs everywhere to remind you not to make noise/ switch off lights etc - doesn’t make us feel relaxed Strange smell in games room and first floor...
