"Overall the stay was good. FOOD Food was nice, STAFF friendly enough staff although slow at responding and serving reception. FACILITIES The outside pool needs love as a lot of tiles missing leading to being uncomfortable if rubbed against or sat on. Area around pool appears unsafe but don't worry they have put black and yellow tape over the uneven decking so I guess all is good. Not!!! "This is a great hotel to stay in for a nice break in Bath. The location is perfect. When you leave the hotel door it’s a short walk in either direction to get you into the center of Bath. The staff are really polite and were helpful with suggestions on restaurants and things to do. Our room was superb. At the back of the hotel overlooking what I believe is part of the rugby ground. "A fantastic hotel. Beautifully decorated and furnished throughout. Our bedroom (superior room) was exceptionally large as was the bathroom. King size bed really comfy. Dined in the restaurant in the evening and enjoyed an exquisite meal.
