Aucune chaleur (minimale) lors de l'accueil. Une personne assise derrière un comptoir très haut. L'impression qu'elle ne souhaite pas être vue ou interagir avec le client. Pas de sourire. Autre point problématique : se faire déranger à deux reprises par la personne dédiée au ménage qui cogne fort à la porte (je dormais), une fois à 9 h du matin, l'autre fois à 10 h. Sans parler du bruit d'aspirateur et de son walkie talkie ou haut parleur de téléphone. Bref ! pas l'endroit de repos auquel je m'attendais. J'ai décidé de ne pas y prolonger mon séjour. Bon point : un stationnement pour les clients.

Très déçu

Extrêmement déçu pour un hôtel « 3 étoiles » réservation sur booking à 93euros la nuit pour une chambre de cette qualité la.. même un ibis budget est clairement mieux.. la personne à l’accueil nous a reçu correctement.. mais de gros travaux de rénovation serait le bien venu et de propreté extérieur.. Voici des photos de notre terrasse extérieur devant notre chambre..

Charmant

Hôtel charmant à l'architecture typique de la région. Rapport qualité prix excellent, personnel charmant et attentionné (mention spéciale au réceptionniste de nuit tellement sympathique).Très bien situé à quelques pas de la gare, de la plage et du centre-ville. Idéal pour un court séjour, hors saison. Je reviendrai!

Joli hôtel , bonne réception , petit déjeuner copieux Mais pour en profiter horaires fixes ! D’autre part pas d’ascenseur donc obligée de monter et descendre 5 étages suite à ma chambre allouée ….. pour finir obligée de quitter l’hôtel à 11h !!!!

Ce sejour restera un bon souvenir

L'hotel est très bien situé. Nous avons pu garer la voiture. Le petit plouf dans la piscine est un vrai plus. La chambre climatisée c'est top en cette periode de canicule.

I really liked my room here. It was charming, clean, big enough and everything was working. The service was very friendly and helpful. Cafe's, restaurants, beaches, the park and the train station are in walking distance.

Super pour une étape à la Dune du Pilat

Nous nous sommes arrêtés une nuit afin de se rendre à la Dune du Pilat très tôt le matin. Emplacement idéal de l’hôtel à 12 min de la Dune en voiture, et à 10 min à pieds du centre ville d’Arcachon. Animaux acceptés donc un grand plus pour moi qui voyage avec mon berger australien :) je recommande ! Seul petit point négatif le parking qui est très petit donc très peu de place mais nous avons trouvé des places gratuites devant l’hôtel dans la rue.

Plusieurs séjours très agréable, la piscine et le calme de l'hôtel sont un plus. La proximité de la plage et de la gare sont un atout pour le l'hôtel. A recommandé vivement.

Superbe hôtel, très joli d'aspect, très accueillant et propre ... Près de la l'océan, avec de superbes plages ... une petite terrasse pour notre chien qui lui à permis de sortir prendre l'air ... Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour.

Our room had no air conditioning (despite being advertised as having it), no airflow, and was in the basement next to the breakfast room. Maybe other rooms are better, but this one is unfit for guests. There was also black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and in the air vents, which is not surprising given how hot and steamy the room was all the time. Yes, the decor is old and the room is small, but it was really the temperature that made it completely unsuitable. I’ve stayed in inexpensive hotels all around the world, but have never had a room as bad as this. It was also advertised as a bike hotel, but only allowed check in after 3 (not simple after a long morning of riding). It also only had bike parking available outside—if we had been on more expensive bikes, this would have been a big concern.

Petit hôtel bien placé près de la plage centrale d'Arcachon mais les installations des chambres (petites) sont un peu désuètes, propreté pas impeccable...et salle de bain vraiment juste ! Dommage car la bâtisse est très jolie, belle piscine et parking privé gratuit... très pratique

Très bien

Accueil par réceptionniste parfait et présence d'une réceptionniste la nuit. Chambre propre. Je trouve cet hôtel très bien mais je trouve que la déco des chambres n'est pas en adéquation avec la déco générale qui est plus authentique. Petit bémol: le bouchon de la baignoire (qui n'est pas assez grande) de ma chambre n'est pas étanche.

You get what you pay for (60€/n)

The hotel is pretty from the outside. It is outdated inside as you see in the pictures of the bathrooms. The bed is confortable enough Towels were fine. Pillows were too soft There were no fridge, no kettler. Asked for the kettler, cups and forks but lafdy seemed surprised and said "i'll try", which is succeeded. Hotel is 10 min walking distance from city center and 5-10 min from train station. Overall ok stay for 60€/night.
