I WILL BE BACK
This is a big old hotel about 14 story. I stayed on the 11th floor all 14 days that I stayed the room was always make up and that floor was quite not hearing doors shutting or noises one down side was that this hotel sit next to the small canal beside the hotel. This canal is very nasty looks like there is no drainage the water is filthy black and smell very badly at the certain time of days I can smell it if i open my window or step on the balcony yes I'm on the 11 th floor, overall consider this area is very busy due to big mall next door and small one across the street and food are everywhere this fits my needed

Gute Lage für Shopping 2 Tage vor Abflug
Ich nutze das Hotel nur kurz vor Abflug zum Einkaufen in der Mall Kapi, - dafür sind Lage und Preis-Leistung genial, - wahrscheinlich für sonst nix ! ... und es ist nicht leicht zu finden ! ... keine Ausschilderung und der Eingang liegt versteckt !

Convenient location
Booked this hotel because I wanted to stay near The mall and markets around. Very basic rooms, but clean and staff was accommodating. Easy to get transport to city center from here, boat, bus, airportlink. The mall is Bangkok’s best and most “ secret”, beats city malls by a long shot. The hotel has a super Bangladeshi restaurant next door, do try, really tasty food. For budget travelers this hotel is a decent choice.

Smell stink inside the room in the first room and
And the second room wasn't clean, long hair on the cooker, we killed 2 cockroach, room was run down, fungus on Celling toilet , smell water from channel near by and noisy from the road , we asked for changing room instead and changing to another hotel.

Room alot mosquito bite my wife hand and body.Much do something.stray mosquito. worker make sure they washing floor clean. before go back. And my friend coming to stay at this mall suites express.

still value for money.
We stayed here because its beside THE MALL Bangkapi. Opposite the road is a huge TESCO supermarket. By staying here, allowed us to shop & shop and put some of purchases back into the room first and walk straight back to the mall. Many street vendors, local shops and restaurants outside THE MALL Bangkapi & TESCO Supermarket. Indeed rooms are old but we had newly installed SHARP air conditioning in our room. Very powerful, cold and quiet multi system. We stayed in Executive Suite, came with 2 separate toilets but still no bathtub. Kitchenette has a hot plate but no cooker, no pot, no water boiler, no cutlery, no plate. There're a few English TV channels. For the current pricing, we will still consider staying in this hotel.

Close to the bus station and ferry terminal
It is not near to the city centre like Central World and Chatochak but then it is where the local people live! Near the bus and ferry terminal which makes us easier to experience the transportation!!

The stay was average.. Wi-fi was not working for half of our stay.. Staff were co-operative.. Lift was in a pathetic condition, it never use to stay 4 more than 2 seconds in a floor, which made us very difficult to move in and out with luggage.. Lights were not proper.. No mirror in the room..

Sorry for not informed that wi-fi is under maintenance. Now wi-fi system is working in all floors. 3 wireless Access points in all floors. Lights in walkway in good system now. We are now keep changing every details. Mr. Verachai Srikuruwal (managing director)

Great for families
Eleven of my family members stayed overnight here on the way to a family wedding in Northern Thailand. Not the greatest looking place and the staff are a bit casual. What makes this place attractive to families is the very reasonable price and the accommodation. We had a family of five with a baby - they had a huge two bedroom suite with kitchen facilities: a family of four had the same with three bathrooms! My wife and I had a two bedroom suite as well. A large shopping complex is over the road with fast food outlets and there is another next door as well. Just half an hour by car from Suvaranhumi Airport

Good value but rooms need some tlc.
Good stay overall. Small issues, broken lamp missing light bulbs. Great for family y on a budget.Bangapi mall right nextdoor tawana night market.

Good hotel for 3 star. Far from city
The staff were pleasant. The hotel needs renovation, but the rooms were spacious and clean. Good value for money for a 3 star. Breakfast, especially the indian breakfast, was excellent and very very reasonable.
