water leaks on my bed. cockroaches in the room. sink leaking. toilet seats dirty. Staff at reception unfriendly and don't understand anything about getting another room. This is the worst hotel of my life that I travel. I find it strange how they have 5 stars. this hotel is never for me again.

The location was nice, just beside the MRT. The room was great, however the design could be better. eg. there is one bed side table and no powerpoint located at the side table. Limited sound proofing, we were awaken a few times by the door closing of other rooms. The noise level by the aircon compressor is quite unbearable. The clothes hangers provided can only hang shirt but not pants. Only 1 chair in the room ( yes, there was a sofa ) but when we order in for meals, one person would have no place to sit. The structure of the hotel is very long, hotel phone operator / receptionists do not pick up the phone, so we have to go downstairs for any inquiries. Hotel guests were sleeping in the lobby sofa, this is really unacceptable for a 5 star hotel as indicated in Expedia's website. Service crew at the counter definitely requires more training on customer service.

The hotel room is cleaner for this stay, the guest was satisfied. The taste of the breakfast is fair. Hope the hotel could keep the room clean and improve the quality of the breakfast. The room rate is good.

It was positioned in an abandoned mall. So far it's quite far from the city centre but right beside the MRT station so that's great. The property is quite old and the decor actually reflects it. Overall okay.

Not worth it

This hotel is advertised as being in a hood shopping / restaurant district. The whole place is abandoned except for the hotel, besides the breakfast (which was disappointing) there’s only one restaurant around. Luckily the hotel is by the train because we had to always take it to go eat. The room itself looks nice until you take a closer look, cleaning is eh and the finishes are not great. Bed is hard as a rock. Wish we would have stayed somewhere else. The staff was very friendly though.

很不錯的酒店是次入住junior suite 空間寬裕酒店設計裝潢不俗樓下有廿四小時的超市及餐廳亦有小商場及食店營業約至凌晨12點缺點是升降機不足以應付大量住客若遇上旅行團集合或退房時段輪侯需時。

Clean, Spacious, Well Equipped, Beside MRT

I booked a superior twin room. It was huge. There was a living room, the bed room and a toilet with a bathtub. The whole experience was great. The gym was well equipped with different machines and the hotel is really near the MRT, which was what I exactly needed. I would go back to the same place again.

Perhaps not great for Business

Was happy to get upgraded. However, checkout took too long. Not so ideal for business as time is tight but the hold up at the check-out was a bummer. Hotel was filled with tourists from the Mainland.

nice room but quite far from city centre

spacey room strong air conditioning nice bathroom near to subway station but the subway station is about 30min travelling distance from the city centre

Be aware of a group tour

Beside having to deal with a large group of Chinese tour this is a great place for the price. Don’t go to the breakfast buffet unless you brave enough to beat the crowd first thing in the morning. That being said waiting for elevator and have a relax moment can be a challenge as well.

The room itself is fine. But only have 2 lift, took quite sometime to get up and down. The electricity broke down in the morning while we are sleeping, got woke up because of the heat.

Först 3 dagarna bodde vi i den stora delen, en svit på 18 vån, mycket bra. Då vi var där för att vara med i en danstävling fick vi byta till en annan del, värdelös, inga fönster och ingen toalett/dusch på rummet. Den delen var värdelös, vi åkte en dag tidigare, räckte med3 nätter.

目的地へのアクセスを考えてこの立地のホテルにしましたが、失敗でした。中国の人しか泊まっていないホテルですね。客は同じ行動をするので、それにあたるとエレベーターは乗れません。朝食はついていないプランでしたが、24Hのレストランがあるとのことでそれを想定していましたが、いつ行ってもごった返していて利用できませんでした。ホテル周りにも食べるところはありません。繋がったビルに、もう一つ安いホテルがあり、そこも団体の中国の人が泊まっていて、そういう意味では食べるところが足りない印象。バザーホテルの名の通り一階にはお土産やさんが並んでますが、これも中国人向けの印象です。中国人以外見かけません。部屋は目の前の道、ラチャダーの音がうるさく、壁も薄いので隣の音、話し声も筒抜けです。部屋の設備、清潔感は普通でした。日本のテレビチャンネルはありません。地下鉄から近いのはいいですが、そこからホテルに戻るとバスがいつも入口周りを動いていて歩きにくい印象です。ホテルスタッフは、悪くないです。タクシーを呼んでもらったりしましたが、対応は良かったです。とにかく、中国人向けのホテルの印象で、もう泊まりません。

中心部に近く立地条件も良い。

部屋にはミニキッチンもあり長期滞在も可能な形態である。バスタブもありシャワー室も完備しており申し分ない。併設しているレストランも手頃な値段で味も良い。市の中心部に程近く立地条件も非常に良い。地下鉄の駅すぐです。

The overall experience was good. The hotel is situated at a good location which make it very convenient for us to meet our friends and find food. However, there is no smoking room available and the 2 lifts are slow considering the volume of hotel customers at this festive period.
