Place was more money than it’s worth, sorry. Our booking said free breakfast but it was an argument with the front staff to get it even though I could show it on my email. The shower bar fell off as soon as I touched it, the shower was hot but came out as a trickle. You get a bar of soap and a towel but no toilet paper. At least there was air conditioning! We didn’t bother asking for breakfast the second morning we left.

Comfortable stay close to airport
Family run hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and very helpful, English speaking staff. Main downside was that the property is accessed via stairs, so not suitable for everyone but there were staff on hand to help you with all the luggage. There were not any tea/Coffee making facility in the room but staff were happy to make these on request. There are some shops and decent restaurant very close by. It can get a bit noisy in the mornings as very close to main road, but this did not bother too much as we were flying early in the morning. Overall, a happy stay.

Clean and well priced.
Room was simple but very clean. Shower was hot, aircon worked well. Staff was very helpful. Traffic noise goes well into the night and you need to bring your own toilet paper but overall very good for the money and convenient for the airport.

Booked 4 rooms for 2 nights and my guests were asked to checkout at 7 am....after spending $20 on a phone call, they were allowed to stay until 12 pm......but not until after a battle of words.....the manager was trying to convince me it was 24 hrs this and that with everything in between! But all was okay at last....

Great quality for the price. Close to airport.
Surprisingly clean and friendly as far as low budget places go. Towels, complimentary soap and water provided. Late night arrival no problem. No breakfast included, but tea stalls, shops and restaurants are just around the corner. Manager was very friendly and helped with onward travel. I'll be bookmarking this place for my next trip.

Wonderful staff, cozy room, slept well indeed.
Yes, I had a lovely little room, nice bathroom, and especially nice people working there. When I left, I forgot a bag of things including candy meant as gifts, a sweater, etc. etc. The staff called my taxi to let me know that I'd forgotten this bag. We had gone too far to turn around, but I hope to stop back on my way through to the airport and pick it up. So very thoughtful! Also, since I would be picked up late in the morning, they suggested I sign out first thing, but still allowed me to use the lobby, snack on treats etc.

We feel at home
Though we arrived earlier, the room was ready. Staffs welcomed us. Room was comfortable and clean.

Hotel is Clean and good location. We stayed here for couple of hours during transit, but something weird happened, I went to parlor to color my hair. Upon return i washed hair and checked out, the front end person checked the room and said towels had hair color on them, I graciously agreed to pay, 180rs for towels (which I think was excessive), anyways after paying and check out , a big guy came ( assuming the manager of hotel ) and started lashing me out. He was being really rude and obnoxious. I explained to him, I already paid for the towels but he continued to be rude. The staff was excellent and I feel bad that hotel manager made the final experience after checkout so negative.

Dear madam, I would like to reply all your comment , 1, You booked for single and try to check in with extra 3 of your family members, we ask for extra person charge , by that time you only shouted in the reception. 2, even though we allotted without taking any extra payment , you did black hair colour with two towels and one bed sheet also spoiled, for that as a manager i ask you very politely , you replied rudely, that i use to do in my home like this only. 3, even i can prove by cctv footage, how i speak with you and how you did in the reception, 4, we always giving the best service to the expedia guest and maintaining good always, selvam

Hotel Close to Airport but not on expected lines
AC of the room was not working at 38 Degree Centigrade. Hotel staff was no even ready to acknowledge it. After a lot of persuasion my room was changed.

Well priced hotel close to chennai airport
The staff were really friendly and helpful when we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable for the price. The restaurant they recommended around the corner was great. We would happily stay again.

As Just Guest House is close to the Airport and at a reasonable rate it served my purpose. However, they advertise with B/F but they have to order it from restaurant which takes 30 mins, so I didn't have time for breakfast before the taxi came. The staff on duty at my arrival did not tell me this. The manager was apologetic next morning. My taxi fare to Just Guest House was 360 rs with Govt Taxi Service. My return through private taxi ordered by Just Guest House was 70rs!!! All in all it was a convenient one night stay for the price you pay it is very reasonable. The Manager, when he is there is very efficient and I found the receptionist friendly and helpful.

Great value for money
I had around 12 hours to spend in Chennai with my family(6 of us) before my flight. I was on a budget for this stay, also wanted to stay close to the airport because Chennai traffic is very unpredictable from the way I remember it. I browsed hotels.com and found this guesthouse, read the reviews, was a bit skeptical while I booked it. I was under an impression that we'd show up at the place and it would look nothing like it was in the pictures and I was gonna get yelled at by my family but this place proved me wrong. This place is very clean. They had clean/fresh sheets on the bed. The restrooms were very clean. I was a bit worried about the water but no complaints there as well. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The person at the desk helped us find the place with clear directions and she was great with the check-in process as well. She helped us with in-room dining requests, even though they didn't have a kitchen or in-room dining service. She had someone sent to pick-up our food from a place nearby. I also want to mention that this place is in a congested neighbourhood. I really don't mind as this wasn't a romantic or solo getaway. But for others planning to book this place, heads-up on that. It's also a little bit tucked in from the main road but very easy to find. The check-out process was smooth. I found this place great for the money I paid and I also liked that it was very closer to the airport(~15minutes) I certainly recommend this place.

Great value for money. I was a bit skeptical given that other options in the airport neighborhood were 2x more expensive compared to this place. However, I had a great experience and the value for money was exceptional. I totally recommend this place to anyone who doesn't want to pay the chain hotel prices but want to stay closer to airport.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The bathroom smelled so strongly of mold that I couldn't bare to be in there for longer than two seconds. There were also no windows anywhere in the room, which made it feel quite a bit like a musty prison cell. I arrived at 6am on the day of my check-in, so it was nice to have 24-hr check-in. However, I was not informed until moments before checkout that I would be asked to pay 65% of the nightly rate for checking in six hours early. I was also not given breakfast on the first day (which I thought was okay until I realized I would be paying for it) and had to remind them to serve it to me on the second day. It came without any beverage whatsoever. Overall, pay a few dollars extra and stay at one of the other airport hotels.

Extremely good value
I have used this guest house for an overnight transit. Since I was using UBER to go around chennai, it was not too expensive to go to hypermalls from the guest house. The service boys were great to move my luggages during check in/out. The accommodation was extremely good value. The guest house management's communications were excellent and friendly professional team. It took only 15 min to reach airport. I would strongly recommend this guest house for transit at Chennai. If you use UBER taxi (AC cars cheaper than auto-riksha) along with your stay, the entire trip would be very pleasant. I would consider to stay again in this guest house in future.

Excellent value for money, fantastic staff.
Compared to the other airport hotels, this guest house is miles cheaper but you still get air-con, a satellite TV, clean rooms and helpful staff. No restaurant though and dining out options nearby are limited. We ate a radisson blu (online booking for this guesthouse includes breakfast which they deliver to your room and is delicious dosas and chutneys).
