As per previous reviews, the property is extremely dirty. The couch in my room needed to be thrown out. The walls and outlet covers needed a deep clean. The bathroom needed to be hised down from mold and dirt. Will never stay again.

Very decent for a motel, no roaches thank God. Heat/AC unit works, but extremely dirty and dusty. Some of the pillows gave a scent of urine.. floors could use a sweeping and mopping for sure.

We r inspecting our rooms regularly after housekeeping process and we r not find anything thing so how can u said that without any evidences! Also I saw you other room but there were nothing wrong and I rent that same room after your check-out of the hotel and no one have any complaint. So what make difference to you compare to others. Any way thanks for at least choosing our hotel and we will promise to take care proper maintain our facility. Thanks

I get it, it’s a whistle-stop hotel stay off the I95 for about $112. The hotel lobby as well as our room had the overpowering odour of mothballs. To the point that we woke up at 4:30 am to leave after a 14hr driving day because everyone felt ill. Not sure if it’s a tactic to keep pests at bay or if it’s something else but it’s not acceptable. Combine with the proximity to the adjacent local highway and travellers need think hard about how much sleep they want/need. It should be noted some of the chemicals in mothballs can cause reversible health effects that include headaches, nausea, eye and nose irritation and coughing, all of which with the exception of nausea we all experienced.

About what you would expect
Overall it was good. The only problem i had was the free continental breakfast was awful. It was muffins from a box, toast and only two kinds of cereal. The milk said it was one day past expiration but thats not all that uncommon. They really didnt try with the breakfast

About what was expected for a budget motel. Could have been cleaner around the edges and in the corners, the 'breakfast' area was not well lit with limited selections. The (what I assumed to be) owner was friendly and helpful. Overall a good night's rest on the road.

Upon check-in which was about 1030pm, I was advised that I had a smoking room and that I could up grade to a non smoking room for very little cost. The clerk there made me wait while he fidded on the computer in front of him. After a few minutes I told him that it was late, I was really tired and had to use the rest room, so never mind just give me what I alteady had reservations for. He told me not to go and that for just nine dollars I could upgrade to a non smking room with two beds. I paid him the addional cost and he gave me the room key. After checking out the location of the room I parked my car and went inside to inspect the room. After that I went back to my car for my luggage. My cell phone rang and upon answering it, it was the hotel clerk. He requested additional money from me. He said that the room would cost me more than he anticipated. It is after 11pm at night now. He wanted me to come back into his office and pay the money. I explained to him that what he was asking was wrong, bad business and unsafe. He was raising his voice in anger. He told me he works 24hrs around the clock. He said that he was not the one responsible for the short cash. I told him it was poor business practices to change the price the way he was doing. I complained about the treatment that I was receiving, about the service and that if he continued a bad review would follow. I told him, I would pay the additional money of now $15 during the morning hours when things were safer.

As per your reservation situation at hotel it is guest responsibility what ever amount is top that supposed to pay by guest. 3rd party reservation company they put their virtual card and we charge only amount they put into card. Hotel management was done their duty that night time when you already check-in. But later we figure out the difference so that's manager was call you night time. Management has rights to make transactions straight with all mutual guests doesn't matter what ever time frame. Manager was doing duty on that night and unnecessarily he was not bothering you. Management knows and will improve more business practice with loyal guests. We glad to see that you shows in the office in the morning and clear dues. It was looks osam with fair terms. Poor Customer Service
The staff is unprofessional. I called the hotel to cancel a reservation and spoke with someone who was very rude and hung up on me multiple times. I was treated like I was bothering them by just calling. When I finally reached a person willing to assist me it was too late to cancel or reschedule. If I had stayed at the hotel, the customer service I received over the phone leads me to suspect my stay wouldn't have been much better.

Good morning Jamal, Thank for taking time to the words for our service standard. I know you were called the hotel for cancel the reservation but as I told you your reservation was Pre-paid third- party already. The hotel cancellation policy is 48 hours before check-in. No exception on that. If you like to check on site www.choicehotels.com in search box put our hotel name and you can see all the information. Once again we really apologies you wouldn't get the refund as per policy. Best advice, moving forward when you make reservation always check reservation cancellation policy. Thanks General Manager

I was disappointed and wouldn’t advise this hotel. It was my mistake to choose this one although I spent only night there.

The room was very filthy. It was so dusty all over. The bathroom had mold. The lobby was filthy and smelly. The breakfast was a joke. The surrounding was noisy because of traffic, so couldn’t sleep well.

We just stayed for night after driving. Not many bells and whistles but bed was okay, shower was hot, ac worked fine

Good morning William, As per hotel Cancellation policy is 48 H/R. We can't get the cancellation before the check-in date. So that's you impacted No Show Charges. Also, Its 3rd party guaranteed reservation which is prepaid. Just let you know moving forward, any hotels & motels you go make sure First Cancellation policy. Thanks GM

Sticky floor, giant spider in the bathroom, no hairdryer or coffee maker. Scary place. There was an unpleasant odor as well.

We asked for a non smoking room. We were on the second floor. When we got there there was a family in the room next to us, kids screaming and man hanging over balcony with a cigeratte in his mouth. I spoke and he look at me like "who are you looking at". We went to dinner and came back and didn't see him again. My husband has a sensitive nose and definitely smelled smoke. Overall room was nice, but if you can't deal with smoke, they need a wing just for non smokers. Not really any good restaurants around, you have to drive quite a distance and coffee in the am was like dirty water. Would not stay here again. Sorry.

Good morning Justin, Thanks taking time for survey for your experience with us. We see that you like our room standard overall specially upstairs. We know that you little bit no happy because of other people are smoke in balcony which we can't control. Hotel management has no right to stop someone smoking habit. Moving forward we look after this situation with others. Also, there are plenty of restauents nearby our hotel. If you have ask front office we can show the right direction as per your taste of food. Anyway, once again thanks from entire team of our hotel and will expecting to see you again in the future and see the difference. Thanks General Manager
