Dear superveganman, We are honoured to receive such a wonderful detailed review about your recent stay with us. It sounds like you enjoyed all aspects of your stay, especially the truly genuine hospitality from our staff, shuttle bus and some tour options. Chef's team creating our 56+ item breakfast buffet, with Vietnamese delicacies and western favorites which included 10+ vegan buffet is salad, rice pancake, panket. We sincerely regret that there still some disadvantage exists regarding breakfast buffet especially is vegan person like you but we believe it would positively contribute to our hotel's future improvement. Thank you again for mentioning the issue with our remote. It was immediately shared with the concerned departments as further actions will be taken to rectify the issues.
