When we changed them they didn't give us the login credentials for us to manage our inventory. We could not update our inventory in the site due to it. But when I received the booking, immediately I responded you and request to find another place since we are sold out in the guest email address which Hotel. Com given us. Since I didn't receive any cancellation I reminded again that we are not able to clear the room but find an alternative. It was a great gesture from my side not to spoil your holiday. But I didn't receive any mails from you. But lastly I send you another mail stating that I can confirm 1 room through out your stay but not the second room. Still I didn't receive a response from you. Now tell me how can you blame me for the mistake of Hotel. Com. Please go and ask your Hotel. Com why they didn't share the communication with you. I have send all my communication sent to you in the guest mail address sent to me. So I tell you that Hotel. Com is responsible for spoiling your new year Not me. Please go and ask them. For your kind information, We have treated you so well with a welcome drink and very politely requested to to find an alternative but you never listen to me instead were blaming me.
