There was a water supply shortage and we did whatever within our means to accommodate at that moment. It was beyond our control. We have 40 individually designed rooms that differ from one another. Room allocations are based on 1st come 1st serve basis and we do not promote anything fake as it only will spoil VIVIDS HOTEL reputation. Once again we apologize for the shortcomings. As for the room photos, nothing is FAKE. All the photos on the site is legit as we have 40 rooms with 40 different themes. We can't assure on the room availability as seen on site, perhaps we can assign the room for you if you have a screenshot of the room photo, and this upon availability as i mentioned earlier all our 40 rooms are with 40 themes.
