Comfortable stay, avoid rooms on higher floor due
The hotel stay was comfortable, service was fantastic and the breakfast spread was awesome. Only issue are rooms on higher floor need a lot of effort to get to. For ppl with some physical discomfort, recommend take an appropriate room.

Waste of money & family time
The location & construction is perfect for a resort.But i personally feel it is the service of the staff of a hotel which is the most important factor for the guest's happiness & not the location or amenities.The same applies to this "Rosa Allita resort",Kurseong.The service is a disgrace,be it the front desk or the housekeeping or any of the other staff in the hotel.When me & my family checked in,leave aside a warm welcome,not even a smile or welcome wish to me or my family from the reception.When we entered the room-the bathroom was dirty & i had to complain to the front desk again.But shockingly the only response was that it will be taken care of rather than an apology.Only good feel was the quality & taste of the food in the restaurant & the F &B incharge Mr.Subrata who was very warm in the tea lounge.Other than that-it was a waste of time & money to stay in the resort,specially when we were staying in the suite.

When we had checked in, we were the only guest in the lodge, more than half of the services were cons: not working due to Election Day / some other reasons,, but this was enough to disappoint us on day one. No buffet was available mole or for whole of our stay, even when they had significant number of guests.. communication between staff members was poor.. information provided to us on food served was poor. Room was ok, a bit shabby, didn’t seem clean, bathroom was very small. View from rooms (we check 4 of them) was very limited , u expect a good view from place like this. Pros: Location was outstanding. Spacious lounge Good live music organised in the evenings. Front desk was helpful and co operative Chai bar was amazing.. weather was awesome !!

Superb property!
Stayed here with my family. It’s a fantastic property, peaceful location, prefer this than the crowded Darjeeling. Friendly and efficient staff. Well designed contemporary decor and neat rooms. Will definitely recommend this property to everyone.

Wonder land in kurseong.
It was a wonderful stay , probably the best hospitality we have received so far . Location: it's a very peaceful location away from the hustle of the town , very serene. Property: amazing property where aspect of the guest entertainment, ambience, comfort is taken care of. The property is pretty spacious with kids play area, bonfire , ground , gym , library, activity room, indoor games , amazing chai bar, and offcourse the restaurant is something to look out for. Staff: you can count each and every staff in this hotel that will make you feel like a prince or a princess. They make sure your every wish is fulfilled. Activities: being away from the main town the hotel made sure the guests are not bored and they chart out day activities where a karaoke, folk dance ,piano, bonfire etc are kept day to day for the pleasure of the guest. Cons: being a little distant from the main town situated in a very isolated and calm place , it becomes really costly and difficult to communicate​ and go to the town. I guess the hotel must provide a vehicle to communicate between the town and the hotel for guests. Apart from this it's a place worth staying, would like to visit again.
