Regarding the pre-survey, we are aware that your preferences were not taken into account as they should have been, and we sincerely apologise for this oversight. We take this situation very seriously and are putting measures in place to improve our process for following up customer requests.Regarding air conditioning, we would like to clarify that our rooms are equipped with an air conditioning system, activated from spring onwards for ecological reasons. However, we should have been able to resolve any overheating issues by turning the system off, and we regret that this was not the case. Regarding breakfast, we are sorry that it did not meet your expectations. We place great emphasis on the quality and variety of our buffet, with both savoury and sweet options, including homemade cakes.
