Parking was a hassle. Being an older person and having to go up and down stairs was difficult. Very nice staff and great massage options. The bar was nice as well as the pool.

Very nice hotel close to the beach and the national park. Supermarket and a nice restaurante bar are just some steps away. The staff ya very friendly and specially Angel is an amazing host, he will help you all the time and make your day better.

A small, quiet, modern hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, great pool and monkeys everywhere :) Enjoyed our stay.

Everything seemed new or well taken care of. The pool and bar area were great and had the feel of a small jungle oasis.

Such a beautiful hotel with lots of modern touches in the room and the biggest bathroom I’ve ever seen! The pool was lovely to relax each day and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Was convenient to walk to restaurants , shops, and supermarkets. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Manuel Antonio!

If i could give this hotel a 10-star rating i would! This place blew us away, from the staff, to the cleanliness, and the grounds are sooo beautiful... This place was an oasis ticked away from the hustle and bustle of the vibrant downtown area of Quepos. A must visit if youre going to be in this area, i know we will be back in the future and would not stay anywhere but here!

Naoz is great! Our room was huge, clean and very comfy. The staff is just wonderful. We had the best dinner at Naoz's restaurant after spending a week in different regions of Costa Rica and eating out all the time. Do not go to any nearby restaurant, you'll be much better off with Naoz. Their location might not be the closest to the beach but I would stay here any time again. Just loved it.

This hotel was great and one of the better priced places. Breakfast was good . Other food like dinner was better outside the hotel. Pool area a bit small but we spent most of our time on excursions. Walking places wasn’t the safest in terms of no sidewalks so glad we had a car. The hotel is clean and feels modern. There were a couple of things to improve upon 1) provide water bottles to guests. Darlene was great!

The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming and the hotel itself was beautiful. The room had Netflix and air conditioning.

Beautiful property. Meticulously taken care of. Staff was so nice and helpful. Smiles all day. Breakfast included was great. Angelo was our host at breakfast and he is very hospitable, friendly and funny. Location is good. Close to many restaurants and grocery stores yet tucked away for a peaceful stay. Bus was easy transportation. It’s about 70 cents a ride. The hotel is a distance from any beach access. It’s a 30 minute walk on a road that has a lot of traffic and doesn’t always have sidewalks. Bus is the preferred method even though we love walking. Ocean water is walk in warm which I love. Water not clear at all, but nice. The hotel is an easy. Bus ride to the national park. We saw monkeys in and outside the park. Seems to be the place in Costa Rica to see monkeys. Hotel pool area is a cool place to hang out, I wish they had pads for their lounge chairs. Loved our stay!

The place was very clean. The bed was amazing and the room spacious. The bathroom also lovely with one of the best showers in our 2 weeks in the Costa Rica. The food was good and staff friendly. They shared good local knowledge. My only complaint would be of the outdoor seating options. There weren't enough outside of the rooms, and the reclining seats around the pool were the hardest I've ever sat on.

This was an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast was delicious. Pool was refreshing and super clean! Everyone staying there was kind and talkative. We will be back to this hotel!

Fantastique très très propre et bien entretenu. Magnifique piscine et service en or. Toute l’équipe a été adorable pendant tout le séjour. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés c était extraordinaire ! À proximité des plages Biesanz et Espadillas !

Cool place!
The hotel is newer so it looks very nice. Pool is nice and calming, quiet location. Angelo the breakfast and hotel maintenance guy was a real pleasure, super nice person!

Hotel Naoz was great. Quiet, clean and great location for going to the beach. (Not walkable to beach but very close) Staff was all super friendly, especially Angelo! He was very helpful and kind to our family.

This is an excellent little hotel. Great for relaxation. Great pool area, and amazing service from their Reception and Waiters (especially Monica and Angelo) They were both very helpful! I forgot to ask the name of the guy who helped us with our luggages when we arrived, he is also the gardener! He is awesome as well. Thank you Naoz, we loved our stay in your hotel.
