It felt like my own little apartment. It was cute and very elegantly decorated. The staff were enormously welcoming and accommodating, even when I arrived at 4:30AM because my flight came early.

Great property! Homey and full of amenities. Loved the breakfast basket. Clean and fairly easy to find (alley was challenging with unloading luggage-we we’re worried about being towed) Wish there were 24 hour parking options for nearby, instead of paying meters by the hours and worrying about tickets… All in all a great rental and we would definitely return!!

If you’re looking for a delightful place to stay in the heart of Reykjavik then this is the place! The apartments were incredibly clean and had all the comforts of home including a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, blow dryer, toaster, iron etc. The bedding was plush and relaxing with down comforters and ample pillows. The rooms are spacious and tidy. The soap, conditioner and body wash were premium quality. Every day, there was a delicious basket of assorted fruits, cheeses, vegetables, jams, chocolate, hard boiled eggs with a smiley face on them 😊 Icelandic butter and every morning at 8am fresh bread is delivered to your door! You really don’t need to even buy food for your stay! There is street parking or garages within walking distance for a small charge. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. There is a business center and small refreshment area in the main office.

This property exceeded our expectations and honestly made me wish we were spending more than one night! The location is perfect, close enough to walk to the "downtown" shopping area in Reykjavik, but still quiet. The room itself was great - very clean & bright. We didn't use the kitchen for any cooking, but it looked very well equipped. Having a coffee maker (and coffee provided) was a nice touch. My only (very minor and easily remedied) complaint might be that we only asked for one key, not realizing at the time that since our apartment was through a courtyard, a key was required three times to gain entry to our unit (2 exterior doors the unit itself). Not a big deal, until my husband ran an errand without the key and on his return, our son ran down to let Dad in... luckily our son realized the key thing before he stepped into the courtyard, otherwise he would've literally been stuck in the courtyard area without a key to open either door. Definitely get more than one key and/or get their key-card app on your phone (if you have cell reception). Otherwise, flawless visit - 5 stars, definitely recommend!

Stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment for pur family vacation to Iceland. We can't say enough about how excellent this place was! Fresh bread every morning and breakfast basket in our fridge made it wonderful to enjoy breakfast in the apartment every day. We even used some of the food on the go for lunch. They also included vegan items for my wife. Super clean place within walking distance to everything. We would absolutely stay here again. Wonderful place.

This property was well maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly. It is a beautiful property that is quite private. The kitchen amenities were great. We ate several dinners in our room. The setup of the room is nice as well. 5 stars

The property was so close to the city centre they gave us free cereal, milk and juice which was very nice of them. The room was very large which was excellent.

The hotel lobby staff went above and beyond for us. They were able to offer my family a safe and comfortable spot to nap before our room was ready. They were even able to get our room ready before the normal check in time. The room was clean and comfortable. We fit two adults and two children (10 and 12) inside comfortably. The hotel is located close to bus stop 14 for tours. It’s a very good location to walk around the city.

Great hotel, conveniently located.
The hotel has a group of buildings in central Reykjavik. We stayed in a studio in the Primeminister’s old house. Very well located. Flybys from airport went to central Bus Station and the Minibus to bus stop 14. The property (21) was a 200m walk away. The collections museum is one building away. Parking was easy when visited. P2 and P3 parking behind the property, with a multi-storey P2 opposite. The studio was well equipped, clean and convenient. Breakfast baskets were delivered in the afternoon and fresh bread left on door handle at 8am. We recommend this hotel to anyone.

Por mucho ha sido de las mejores experiencias! Esta debe ser tu opción cuando estés en Reikiavik, sin dudas tiene una excelente ubicación, las habitaciones son excelentes, todo super limpio, que decir de la canasta de desayuno ? Dios! Había todo lo necesario en la cocina! La leche, el jugo, pan, queso, mermeladas, frutas, y muchas otras opciones. Sin dudas, esta será mi opción cuando vuelva. El servicio fue super bueno.

The set up was perfect with amble living space, which was well equipped for our stay. It allowed us to self cater when we didn't want to head out. The hotel also provided breakfast essentials which wasn't expected. The location couldn't have been better. The staff were helpful and friendly. Only improvement point was there could have been better storage space for clothes.

Wonderful space to return to each evening. Breakfast left in the refrigerator was varied and delicious. The bread each morning was amazing! Plenty of space for all us and the front desk was very helpful.

Fantastic stay - would stay here again for sure next time in Reykjavik. Desk was helpful and it was great to be able to secure bags in lobby room as we arrived before check in. Room was plenty big for family of 4. Great location, we walked everywhere.
