When I returned to the hotel room at nite around 8:00p.m., I found out that they had NOT changed my bed covers and pillow covers. In fact, everything was left undone, same as the state when I left that morning. I called the manager and they just said it was my fault because I have folded the sheets. They then unfolded it and said it was OK. I told them that was unclean and should be changed immediately. They then changed the bed cover, quilt cover and pillow covers for me.
When did they comprehend what customer services means?
