Beautiful quiet boutique hotel with friendly helpful staff. A great base for exploring. Lovely rooms and great pool. The lonly small pitfall was laundry was overpriced and had to send back to rewash as they didnt do a great job - even the second time it wasnt great.

Great hotel and great staff. If there were any cons it would be that it's a little far from the city centre (but a short $2 tuk tuk ride), and the private pools were a little cold (but could be the time of the year we went). Would definitely stay again.

Le sourire et la gentillesse Khmer sont toujours présents ! Le climat humide et très orageux a malheureusement été pour moi décevant mais ça ne change rien à mon opinion favorable concernant l'établissement,un peu à l'écart du centre ville,comptez 30 minutes de marche pour atteindre le pont et le marché ! Sinon,attendez vous aux concerts de grenouilles, crapauds et autres bestioles exotiques le soir, à savoir si votre sommeil est léger !( Boules quies à prévoir)

Remarkable service
The hotel staff provided the best service, they helped us a lot with the transportation, there’s free tuktuk to Main Street. The room was clean and comfortable, we even enjoyed a massage in the hotel. Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in!:)

over all good stay.
the place was good but the given room has the toilet clogged and doesn't flush properly. he access road to the hotel doesn't have light post during night time.

Lovely oasis in SiemReap
A lovely oasis in dusty and humid, but beautiful, SiemReap, Cambodia. Everything about the hotel was awesome, specially the kindness of the staff. Its concept is green and eco friendly, I loved the details, plastic free bottles and toiletries and even the bamboo straws for your drinks. Just a dead insect found inside the room when checking in and the whole stay I still saw it being there, but I guess there are some things you cannot control ( I am always aware of bugs because I am scared of them)

최고의 선택, 시엠립 시내에 있는 호텔 예약했으면 후회할 뻔 시내는 오토바이 소음과 먼지로 잠을 잘 수 없는 환경이었지만 이곳은 편안하고 조용하고 휴식과 숙면에 최고 호텔 직원도 매우 친절하고 전용 툭툭도 저렴하게 이용하고 아침에 주변 시골 마을 산책하는 것도 좋았음. 다음에 다시 시엠립 여행을 한다면 이곳에서 머물고 싶음.

部屋が汚い。 プライベートプールも汚い。 ヴィラは、外階段でヴィラの意味がない。 家族の部屋に行くのに毎回部屋を出るのが面倒くさいからヴィラ選んだのに、逆にストレスになった。 朝食は料金に含まれてたはずなのに請求された。 部屋で出発の準備をしていたら、なぜかスタッフの方が勝手に入ってきて、部屋のチェックをし始めた。 まだチェックアウトの時間でもないし、チェックアウトの手続きもしないのに。ありえない。 こんな感じでイライラとトラブルが続いたから、すっかり朝食のことを言うの忘れてしまった！ 値段には合わないホテル。 ただ！フロントの方やバーの方は本当に愛想良かった！スタッフの愛想がなかったらこのホテルに泊まらず違うホテルを探したと思う！！

Cozy little hotel, in a well-design little space. It is a bit far from center but they have free tuktuk to city. Staff is amazing! I haven't tried their food, so no idea on that point but love the hotel and people in here.. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here! The hotel is a relaxing retreat from the hussle of the town. It is a easy and quick tuk tuk ride to town and the service from the front desk is impeccable. They handle everything and are super sweet and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great service, they packed breakfast for us to take with us to the early morning sunrise tour of Angkor Wat. The restaurant offers small menu but good food. Beautiful and well maintained grounds & garden. But the villas need updating; very old and dated. Shower stall is open, not comfortable & messy with water everywhere after a shower. Nice to have free tuk-tuk to town. They forgot to send transportation for pickup even though they assured us via email that they will be waiting for us at the airport. However it was not an issue as we were able to hire a van from the airport and Sourkear Villa refunded us for the fare.

wonderful stay booked the private pool villa, and we enjoyed both private and public pool. clean and nice room with great air conditioning system. it's little far from the main street (about 7 min by tuktuk), so it is at quiet and peaceful neighborhood. also they have a perfect tuk tuk service, so you can always ask a ride for free ( before 9PM though) and free airport pickup!! all staffs are so nice and kind. i had a minor issue in communication (no English speaking staffs at that moment) when I confirmed the airport pick up time via phone, but I had no problem in communication for my stay

We booked the family suite with private pool but was told upon arrival that there was water leak, and were moved to two non-connecting standard twin rooms. Despite the big 'downgrade' and price difference, we were offered nothing more than free laundry service which we didn't require as we were just staying for two nights. After several complaints, the manager offered a free meal and massage as gesture of goodwill. The hotel is quite small and in a quiet area 10min away from Pub Street and night market but has free tuk-tuk service (motorbike with small trailer for 4 people). Staff in general are friendly but housekeeping was a bit slow - rooms were still not cleaned when we returned at 2pm after being out since 4:30am to see the sunrise. Breakfast was good and had a wide choice of local, Asian and Western food.

Bel hôtel excentré du centre de Siemens Reap (navette gratuite jusqu'au entre ville à toute heure !) Nous sommes arrivés et avons été très bien accueilli ! Notre chambre ne nousais convenait pas (2lits simples et propreté limite), ce faux pas à été vite corrigé et nous avons eu une très belle chambre avec balcon dans les 20 minutes qui ont suivi ! Restaurant servant des plats qualitatifs vraiment ! Piscine très agréable et indispensable pour se rafraîchir ! Service de massages si vous le désirez !

Die Anlage ist auf den ersten Blick ganz gut und süß. Viel grün und ein schöner Pool. Jedoch sind im Pool Kabel, welche aus einer Poolleuchte hängen. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Der Safe ist nicht fest. Diesen könnte man ganz einfach aus dem Zimmer tragen. Im Zimmer befanden sich mindestens 30 Moskitos. Daraufhin haben wir das Zimmer gewechselt. Hier war es ein bisschen besser. Die Minibar war defekt und der Kühlschrank roch stark undefinierbar, aber ekelhaft. Frühstück ist mager ausgestattet und besteht zu 90% aus Brot. Aufschnitt ist nicht bekannt. Positiv zu erwähnen ist der wirklich klasse Service! Jedoch kann dieser nicht alle Mängel beseitigen.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Free tuk tuk to town anytime you want to go, the pool is awesome, the food is great, the staff is over the top sweet and friendly, free breakfast, out of town so it's peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend!

这家酒店是由5栋小楼组成的，我们一家6人住了 其中的一栋楼，楼下一张大床和两张小床，楼上一张大床，住6人完全没有问题。早餐是零点式的，泳池边的咖啡和茶都是免费的，每天下午6-8点还有免费无限畅饮（啤酒等）。由于我们晚上9点多的飞机，退房后行李寄存在前台外出就餐，回到酒店后前台特意又为我们开了一间房，免费让我们休息了4个小时，全家人都很感动。推荐给大家！

Relaxing oasis for exploring Angkor Wat
The hotel is very efficient and the staff are super helpful. Breakfast is excellent! Especially if you choose the Cambodian options. Overall, a very relaxed, resort-like experience. This is the perfect spot if you want to explore the Angkor complexes and local sites, then come back to a peaceful setting to relax. If you want nightlife, then you might want to stay in Siem Reap town. This hotel does offer free tuk-tuk service to town and they are very good at getting you where you need to go.

An Oasis in Need of An Update
As a previous reviewer wrote, this hotel is a wonderful place to relax and it is a true oasis. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and is surrounded by trees. It was very peaceful to go swimming after a long day out in the heat and not have any noise. The service was great, and by the end of my stay everybody knew my room number. Because the hotel is outside the city, the hotel provides free tuk-tuks to downtown Siem Reap. Unfortunately, as wonderful as the hotel was, it had some drawbacks. I had to use a manual key to lock and unlock my door, which was attached to the card that turned on my room's power, so I could not put it in my wallet. My safe also used a manual key, so I also had to carry that with me wherever I went. Even after three days I could not lock/unlock my door in one attempt so it was very frustrating. In the mornings the shower had no water pressure, resulting in me having to take longer showers to get clean. The room layout was very nice with an interestingly designed shower, but as nice as the room was the toilet was just a toilet in a box, with a light that flickered as it turned on. The toilet room reminded me of what you might find at a campground. All in all, it was a fine hotel that I would stay at again, but I hope some updates can be applied in the future.

My friend and I stayed in a room with 2 single beds. It was very spacious with separate toilet and shower areas that had an open concept sink/vanity in between. Our room opened out onto a private little area with chairs and table (we didn't spend much time there as it was a bit rainy but was a really nice thought). On arrival, we had a fruit basket waiting which was a great touch. There was a beautiful open lounge/dining area next to a beautiful pool. It would be an amazing hotel to spend more time just relaxing if you had the time (though there were quite a few families there with children).
