Upon check in, the owner demanded we pay an extra 100,000 VND (approx 5 USD) to use the air con, although it was included on the listing we booked online. Then the owner allowed us to check in early however told us the room had not been cleaned yet from a previous guest and promised it would be cleaned later. Someone came to our room to "clean" while we were out, but only folded...
