"The hotel was lovely! The only issue we had was that we had to wait 15 minutes to be able to park our car (£25 charge) because a contractor had his large van blocking the way. This meant we were then delayed with a quick lunch before our spa booking, which we were also sadly late to. "

"This place is still being refurbished so there was scaffolding around and we had to walk through part of the building works to get to our room. However, our room was beautiful! Large and modern with a Chromecast TV. The breakfast was great and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was also perfect for walking anywhere in the centre of Bath. I would definitely come back here in future."

"The apartment is beautifully decorated and of a high standard. The location was perfect for us - lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as attractions. Bud and train station are also convenient although we didn’t use them. Paid parking lot is right across the street. Overall we loved it here !"

"Especially in Bath, hotels are very expensive. This hotel was significantly cheaper. Even compared to the (proper) Bailbrook hotel (which will be nicer), I would definitely say it's worth saving the money and come here. It's somewhat dated (I haven't seen a Corby trouser press before, I thought it was a myth!), but for the cash you get a nice bathroom, tea/coffee facilities and a comfy bed. What more do you want for half the price of a 4 star or a Travelodge? On top of this, you get free...

"The hostess at the hotel was very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and clean. I did, however, book the room because it was meant to have a bath and it did not have one. Parking was a good price for bath city centre but the cleaner had blocked me in and seemed annoyed that she had to move her car for me to get out and leave."

"The Village Hotel is a great line of hotels! nice and unique yet modern design throughout. Restaurant has lovely food. Could be a bit cleaner, rooms were a little dusty. Otherwise, a great stay! Will be staying again!"
