Upon further investigation, we found that the toilet bowl pipe burst which cause the bad smell. This has never happened before and we acted immediately to change room for your good self. During your stay from 13th to 20th, there are 2 days on 14th and 19th that you were in the room and we were told just to replenish the drinks and change the towels and need not to clean your room. Sorry that there could have some misunderstanding by our chambermaids. As for the overseas calls, no reason that hotel block this important service. We apology for the staff not able to assist you to make successful overseas calls. We value all our supportive guests equally regardless from which categories.
