"Phòng có vẻ cũ"

"Very lovely hotel with friendly staff, top rating for this hotel"

"The most extraordinary stay I’ve had. Staff were amazing and their hospitality is top tier. All of the hotel concierge were helpful but when I was facing a huge difficulty with my credit card the front desk agent really put herself in my place and not only understood my problem but solved it. I cannot thank the marina bay sands team for taking care of me during my stay. I am definitely gonna be coming back. Everything was just divine."

"Excellent staff service and properlty"

"Not 5 Stars!!! Never again Millenium hotels. Expedia why do you bot warn people of the inefficiencies? This place is run terribly. Rooms and location ok but everything else is terrible. The bar was closed at 10 in the evening on a saturday night. You cannot get a coffee and nowhere to get a coffee in the morning unless you go to the one and only restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The whole hotel smells of the fish bugfet which they cook and serve in the open lobby. No commin areas to...

"ALL STAFFS ARE SO FRIENDLY AND EFFECTIVE. BREAKFAST IS NOT SO GOOD, TOO MANY CHINESE FOODS (DEEP-FRIED), SPICY, FEW EUROPEAN FOODS. ROOMS ARE CLEAN. LOCATION IS CONVENIENT. "

"Phòng ăn sáng không đủ chỗ cho khách, đồ ăn không phong phú, không ngon. Vị trí khách sạn ngay khu mua sắm bình dân nên phức tạp. Không được như mong đợi. "

"Really loved this hotel for our trip to Singapore. Great facilities for children. The play area by reception is a great idea. Always clean. Nice pool with beds and towels. Loved everything about the hotel. Only issue was other guests being inconsiderate with noise."

"Excellent value for money. Friendly helpful staff. Great location. Breakfast wasn’t the best but was ok. Nice place to stay for a family."

"Didn’t have many facilities no cafe"

"An incredible stay at Pan Pacific Orchard. Beautiful design, amazing service, stunning pool and one of the best hotel atmospheres I’ve experienced. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and the Orchard Road location was perfect. Would absolutely stay again."

"My stay wouldn’t be this great if I didn’t stay at JEN Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La! Starting of with their well appointed rooms - all specifications such as room location and pillow preferences we’re followed. Food is always great from breakfast to their evening cocktails at the Club Lounge! Check out was breezy! Was able to check out at the Club Lounge avoiding the crowd at the front desk! Service requests made easy by using their app! I’m very happy and satisfied!!!"

"Magnifique hotel, accueil impeccable et chambre moderne ultra confortable. Piscine somptueuse. À 5min à pied du terminal 3 et accès au Jewel en 10min."
