This quite possibly the nicest hotel and accommodations we have ever experienced. Our room/suite on the 34th floor was absolutely stunning. The service was top notch. Everything from breakfast to the infinity roof top pool and all dining experiences were incredible.

Great location with an ugraded room overlooking at the Garden by the Bay , gorgeous at night. The deck affinity pool is a quite an experience especially at night. Breakfast is excellent.

Pool is amazing but not worth the price.

Hotel is overpriced due to the infinity pool. I have stayed at 5 stars hotel which charge less and are better quality. Food and drinks are also expensive here. Gym is nice with great city views. Rooms appear a bit run down since the last time I was there 7 months ago.

チェックインに少々時間がかかりそうでしたが、途中で別の部屋にご案内いただき、コーヒーなどをいただきながらゆったりチェックイン手続きをしていただきました。家族に誕生日の近い者がいることをパスポート確認時に気づいていただき、お部屋をアップグレードしていただいた上に、後ほどケーキまでお届けいただきました。ホテルの施設の充実度はもちろん、ポーターさんからフロント、客室係、プールやレストランのスタッフの方もみなさん大変感じがよく、快適に過ごすことができて感謝しています。またいつか是非利用させていただきたいです。
