During our checked in, was slow, & we r also Accor membership but was told that we can’t used Accor membership benefits due to third party booking, late checkout was not given as per our requirements, the room was given at 12xx was requested because our friends was a platinum Accor membership (he was given 18xx) Hotel stuff mentioned that day was fully booked not able to give us on the same floor with them, the hotel room we stayed, was weird- middle of the night - room light was automatically light up every 1 hour, we were disturbed & disappointed, next day during our morning breakfast we cannot go in unless everyone was available & we need to wait stupidly outside the restaurant & crowded with guests, defeat the purpose. We hope the hotel management can look into all these & flexibility about third party checking in thanks
