"I appreciate the staff . They were so pleasant and kind . I did not like paying $45 a night to valet park in an UNCOVERED LOT. That’s ridiculous. My truck is all black and needs covered or the windows vented open and that couldn’t be done here . But ultimately pleasant stay so far, we haven’t had the breakfast yet ir used the gym . "

"We love the Arizona Grand! Perfect for the kids. Only complaint is there were fireworks in the neighborhood when we stayed from 12:30am-5:30am. It was awful. "

"The hotel is nice enough. Our room had brownish stains in the carpet which affected my rating. Otherwise, the stay was fine. No maid service unless requested. I guess that's the new normal."

"Right Price, great location, quiet and felt safe. Breakfast was ok also. Downside...Towels had a stale odor, lacked the freshness that implies cleanliness. The tub retained water while showering, and that's gross. The elevator floor was dirty and gross from arrival to departure..clearly doubles as the freight elevator and had the appearance of one."

"Overall i really liked this place and would probably stay again. My biggest complaint was the 2 hairs i found in the bathroom and there were a few pieces of rubbish on the closet floor (looked like it wasnt swept). "

"Rooms very out dated, screaming to be remodel. Bed was comfortable but pillows too flat (had to double). Breakfast in the morning was ok, good variety. The hotel itself is very conveniently located. On Saturday, the farmers market is just across the street (diagonally). There are many restaurants within walking distance."
