"Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails...

"There is nothing near the location of this hotel - be prepared to travel a distance to eat. Staff was friendly but there is NO amenities. Share a bar of soap between washing hands and showering. A two in one shampoo and conditioner. We were told it was a queen bed - it was barely a full. Three half size pillows. One towel per guest. $10 chips in the snack machine. Light Breakfast provided was hot water and an oatmeal packet. No Iron, no do not disturb sign. It has a stench in the hallway...

"The different pools on the property were great b/c this avoided crowds. This is definitely a property that takes in sports traveling families/large families. We went the week of spring break. The hotel staff were polite. The property is large to walk around. The pool side food and beverages were pricey and even though we ordered through the QR code system we only got our drinks and didn't get our food so I had to ask for a manager to get reimbursed. "The hotel was good, except for our entire floor reeked so very bad like curry. I would have gave more stars for cleanliness but the smell becomes sickening with how strong and constant it is. There are people who are here from out of country who are clearly living in this hotel so it has become a little community for them there which made us uncomfortable like we were in their home.
