"It is a nice property. We had an odd shaped room. The layout was tight and awkward, but I'm an sure not all rooms are like the one we stayed in. I liked that there is a mini kitchen. You need to get to the pool early to get a lounge chair in the sun, if that is what you are looking for. There are lots of activities. Check-in and check-out were very easy. If you drive, parking is a very expensive per day rate, in my opinion."

I also had to contact the Privado front desk three separate times to obtain basic information about the gym schedule, which was frustrating. "All very good - the gentleman at the front desk (day shift) is a star - super helpful and just the right amount of friendly combined with professional. Breakfast exceptional. Didn’t use pool - but saw many others using it. Overall for us felt a bit overpriced - but appreciated it nonetheless"

"Spent 3 days there and staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Pool was a bit smaller then pictured but did the job of cooling us off with temps in 100’s. Second day pool was cloudy and passed on a splash. Location is convenient and a jump on 101 Loop can take you quickly to surrounding cities. Never heard loud hallway noises or upper floor noise. "Very clean rooms with a nice view of the country club and palm trees. Area is nice with a lot restaurant to dine in or grab a cocktail. The hotel also has a bar passing the lobby and pool. Receptionist was very helpful and polite."

"House keeping was supposed to come 3 times during our 1week stay. We had to request towels, hand towels & washcloths 2 times due to housekeeping NOT coming. We were out all day for all 7 days so housekeeping should have had NO problem "

"Just average in terms of quality. We had issues with the shower working properly. It would seem poor maintenance standards. The shower head was extremely low pressure and to regulate water temperature took an engineering degree. "
