"The front desk staff, especially Julie, was friendly and helpful. We arrived a few hours early and Julie was able to check-in. Whenever we saw Julie, she stopped to ask if we needed anything. The room was very clean and spacious. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. The quality was very good, not cheap flimsy items. "Standard hotel experience. Ideally located across from popular outdoor malls. But the front desk staff are apathetic and dismissive. Clearly do not like their job or perhaps just their personality. Either way, should not be the client facing employee interacting with guests. Made time there somewhat uncomfortable. "

"When we arrived at the hotel there were random bugs in the hallways and the sheets had blood on them. The conditioner was out in the shower. They charge a lot for parking, which is a huge set back. I saw a sign that there is a remodel happening this summer, which is much needed! I used to stay here a lot, but I won't be staying here again until after the remodel happens!"

"I booked this place because my husband was having surgery at Mayo Clinic and we needed an inexpensive ADA room, close to the hospital. The room was FILTHY DISGUSTING, to the point we did not walk barefoot at all. None of the doors closed properly. The bathroom was grimy and the towels were dingy and torn. Staff would not come clean the room (they only clean the rooms once every 2 weeks), give extra towels (they will charge you for extra), and I ended up having to do my best to clean the bathroom...
