The hotel does NOT have a traditional reception, only an office, which limits service availability. For example, towel changes are only possible after 9 a.m. It felt unwelcome because NO coffee or water.
The staff member, Ree Ree, was friendly and helpful and provided us with her office coffee maker after we discovered there was NONE in the room, despite it being listed in the Expedia booking. The kitchenette, however, was essentially NON-functional and lacked basic equipment, raising the question of why it is advertised as a kitchen at all.
Amenities were very limited. Toiletries consisted only of toilet paper and a single bar of soap. There was NO shampoo, NO conditioner, NO hair dryer, and NO hand towels were provided. Bath towels were small, and only two were provided for two guests over a four-night stay. There was also NO iron or ironing board.
Overall, the room felt dusty and NOT well maintained, and the lack of basic amenities made the stay uncomfortable.
