"This property was undergoing renovations and were told by corporate not to alert potential customers of this inconvenience. The staff put me in a newly renovated room to their delight, however the room looked like a grad schooler did the remodel. 6:30 am the mariachi band started playing, which was lovely. My room was so poorly remodeled that I informed the front desk and showed them pictures of everything wrong. Housekeeping even took my used coffee pods and placed them back upside down, hoping...

"Exceeded my expectations! Our suite was large and clean, with two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, full sized fridge, stocked cabinets, a coffeemaker, and your standard pots/pans/utensils for cooking. Pools were clean and comfortable, and the kids had fun on the water slides. Staff was responsive via text. Really the perfect place to stay with two young kids."

If you’re looking for a picturesque setting , with a traditional southwest feel, this place is very far from it. On the other hand, this serves as a comfortable mini-pad with generous amenities for a business trip or family stay."

There 3 day and received NO services, No clean towels, finally after multiple asks, had to go to reception 2 times to get towels. Room never cleaned/touched up despite 3 night stay. Just very poor customer service overall. Breakfast buffet was a joke. No cups in room for coffee maker. Bad experience. "
