"The front desk staff was rarely at the front desk. The concierge desk usually had someone but they were not really able to help with anything. "It was just ok. I like that you have your own kitchen and separate bedrooms but the pools definitely could've been better maintained. The water was a bit murky and they should definitely update their pool chairs. Bring your own pillow because theirs are awful."
