"There was no cold water. Staff said let it run, I filled the bath tub and it was still warm. Staff said that was normal for Phoenix area. I explained I am from Phoenix and haven't ever seen that before. Staff was helpful in canceling my reservation and getting a full refund."

"It was a great property! And perfect for our visit! Our daughter & son-in-law live across the street! I would recommend reading and familiarizing yourself with the check-in instructions before hand. It wasn’t difficult, but can be confusing if you are trying to navigate parking, entry etc. when you arrive. Other than that, wonderful place!"
