This is with a real smile, attention, and care.But we regret a lot about your not very positive comments.We would like to inform you that all our rooms and common parts, are daily cleaned and sanitized with peroxide of hydrogen against Covid and other possible pathogens. So we regret you experienced this kind of smell, that it is not usual at our hotel.We asked you many times if everything was fine with the rooms we assigned, moreover, we upgraded you into a Prestige Junior Suite to stay more comfortable, and you were very positive in your answer.If you had contacted the Reception we could immediately check if the reason of the smell was due to the change of the Venetian tides, sometimes they are lower or higher than usual in this season, or other reason, and we could fix it immediately.About our buffet breakfast that consists infour different kinds of fruit juice, cold milk, different tea flavors, four different kinds of cereals, different kinds of bread, toasted bread, different kinds of croissants, Venetian biscuits, at least 4 different cakes (already sliced), scones of different kind,fresh fruit and fresh fruit salad, ham, sliced cheese, salami, turkey, speck, different kinds of cheeses, yoghurt, butter, boiled eggs, scramble eggs, bacon, sausage, salad, fresh tomatoes, cucumber and warm drinks as many times as you like(real Italian espresso, cappuccino, caffe-latte, hot chocolate, American coffee).As you said it was limited, considering what we offer, it would be nice if you give us your suggestions in what we could do better or improve. We are always open to new ideas to better satisfy our guests. About the location, our hotel is situated in one of the most Venetian areas. Very quiet, and calm, and where you savor the real Venetian way of life. As you mentioned, we are a bit far from Saint Mark's Square, but Rialto Bridge is only 15 15-minute’ walk. But, close to us there are very beautiful and interesting sightseeing points, like the church of Frari, famous for the Assomption of Titian; the Scuola Grande di San Rocco famous for Tintoretto frescos; the Ghetto of Venice; the museums of Ca' Pesaro (modern art), the one of the Natural History in Fondaco dei Turchi, the museum dedicated the history of perfume and fabrics inside Palazzo Mocenigo. All of them, are 10 minutes’ walk from here. Venice is a historical center because every house and every stone tells you its history and its importance throughout the centuries.
