The location was fantastic, right in the middle of everything and just minutes from the Rialto Bridge. We could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. The full Italian breakfast was included and was a wonderful way to start each morning. The hotel also provided water and other drinks at no extra cost, which was such a thoughtful touch. The AC was fantastic and easily the best we experienced during our Italy trip! After long days of exploring, coming back to a cool, comfortable room made for some of the best sleep we had in Italy. We also appreciated the hotel's hospitality after checkout. They held our luggage while we continued exploring, which allowed us to enjoy our final hours in Venice without carrying our bags around. Everything about our stay was lovely. The location, staff, breakfast, comfort, and thoughtful extras made this hotel stand out. These people understand hospitality! We absolutely loved our stay and truly did not want to leave. We would happily stay here again!"

Good air conditioning, nice buffet breakfast - mostly continental but even had some beans for beans on toast! 😁 Helpful, friendly staff, great location for getting the shuttle bus from Marco Polo airport (20 mins transfer time), and drops you a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Would stay again."
