"Nice little property in the heart of Venice. Gives you a real feel of the city staying here."

"The stairs were steep but the rooms are delightful with old wood beams and the bathroom was lovely! The hotel is from the 18th C with a very interesting history. The location is 5 minute walk from St. Mark’s Square. I highly recommend this friendly and charming boutique hotel!"

"Its a wonderful palace with a rich history. It has everything you need including hair dryer. The staff was wonderful and he explained the history of the palace. Its very centrally located for exploring local places."

"Within close proximity to St Marks square which was a seven minute walk. Room somewhat small, another chair would have been helpful. Very clean with daily service, staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Included breakfast was excellent."

"La propreté"

"Staff were amazing, apartments were huge and very modern, central location walkable to everything, would stay again"

"Overall good experience but there was one morning were the cleaning guy entered the room while we were in bed. He seem to be very sorry but that should have never happened."

"The hotel was really close to a water bus ferry terminal which made it very handy. The staff were superb - very friendly and helpful. Really could not have been better"
