"We really enjoyed the apartment and the balconies over looking the square are PERFECT! extremely easy to get to the water taxi and other great areas. This was perfect for the entire family. The kitchen area was great with lots of glasses and plates. The did need a wine opener :) but have a feeling that will be corrected ASAP. The only hiccup we had is we didn't get the email to pay the tourist taxes in advance. That was 100% my fault for not checking in earlier and I didn't have good wifi...

"Our daughter booked us this hotel room for our 50th anniversary. The hotel was beautiful. We stayed in a concept room and it was absolutely stunning. Every detail was gorgeous. The hotel staff was so helpful prior to our arrival with assisting with transfer arrangements and our entire stay with anything we needed or any questions we had. We also had the breakfast which was brought to our room daily and was delicious. We had an amazing time here and would highly recommend. What a romantic...
