"Sadly our flights were cancelled due to the UK Air Traffic Control technical issue on Sep 8. All flights were impacted. Our rebooked flight was also cancelled. I contacted Expedia to see if they could contact the hotel and explain our situation. Expedia spoke to Mateo who advised Expedia that he could not cancel the reservation and issue a credit. While I completely understand that this was last minute but it was due to a very unfortunate issue in the UK."

"The room was immaculate! The staff were awesome! We got to Bari early, prior to check-in time, and they had a place we could keep our luggage. Then, they let us know as soon as the room was available so we could get in. And they had put our luggage in the room for us... very accommodating! They also had snacks and water for us, as well as items we could purchase if we so desired. We definitely recommend them!"

"It took awhile for staff to find our reservation through Expedia, we weren’t sure if it even existed on their end.. It’s about an hour walk to the city center, but bus, bike, taxi options are available. The staff were rude when we struggled to buy smokes from the machine in reception (if you don’t have European ID, good luck!). Our porch light didn’t work in our glamp tent and it wasn’t the best quality but amenities make it worth it- shops, restaurant, pool/jacuzzi, laundry, etc., though it...

"Good sized, clean apartment in a really central location near great bars and restaurants. I found check in online a complicated system but once we were there easy to gain access. The washing machines are communal and you need to download an app to use them."

"Emio and Giuseppe were so helpful and easy to communicate with. Very helpful with restaurant bookings and transport. View from the room was spectacular. Was a truly wonderful stay"
