"We found this hotel to be excellent. It was close to Metro stations and also Rome's Main Train Station, which made getting around very easy. The staff at the check-in desk were fabulous; both Eve and Ana Maria were helpful in every way. They even arranged for a private van to take us to the airport when our trip was over. "This hotel has everything a traveller needs. The proximity to the historic centre, excellent breakfast, air conditioning, spacious and very clean rooms. Above all, the hotel staff stands out. Everyone, from reception staff to breakfast room attendants, was great. We received a nice welcome upon arrival and that really made our day. 100% recommended. Thank you! 😊"

The only cooling unit was located in the kitchen/living area and did not cool the bedrooms. "Property was average, however we were recommended to use a garage and the will register our car with authorities since we enter ZLT zone , unfortunately we get notified after,that the never register our car and we owned fines and the rental company also charging us for going’s into ZLT zones using the car, as authorities came to the rental company to get out information.This facility should not recommend parking garage that’s not holding up to the agreement. take tourist money for parking ,...

"Wow, we were so impressed! Firstly the location is amazing - right next to the Trevi Fountain, we loved walking out late at night and early morning for better views. The room was modern, clean and exactly as per the pictures - very tasteful decor which is rare in Italy. The staff were also amazing - with a special call out to Anastasia who was so accomodating and helpful. Also very good house keeping who attended to our room daily. For the price we paid, this hotel is a real hidden gem."
